1. How does online coaching work?Once you sign up, we’ll create a personalized fitness plan based on your goals, schedule, and fitness level. You’ll receive: Customized workout routines (home or gym-based). Nutrition guidance (macro tracking, meal ideas, or full meal plans). Ongoing support & check-ins to keep you accountable. Video demonstrations & form corrections if needed.

2. Do we need a gym membership?Not at all! we design both home & gym-based workout plans. If you have no equipment, we’ll create a bodyweight-focused plan.

3. What are the different training plans?we offer three plans tailored to different needs: Starter Plan – Ideal for beginners looking for a structured routine. Elite Plan – More personalized, with advanced nutrition & accountability. Pro Plan – 1-on-1 coaching, weekly check-ins, and full customization.

4. Can I upgrade my plan later?Yes! You can switch to a higher-tier plan anytime if you need more coaching support.

5. Do you offer refunds?✅ Due to the personalized nature of coaching, refunds are not available once a plan has been delivered. However, we're happy to adjust your program to ensure you get results.

6. Is there a commitment period?The programs are designed for a minimum duration of 4-12 weeks to ensure real progress. You can renew or adjust your plan as needed.

7. Will my workouts be customized for me?Yes! Each plan is 100% tailored to your fitness level, experience, and goals—whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain, strength-building, or general fitness.

9. How often do we check in?It depends on your plan: Starter Plan: Monthly check-ins. Elite Plan: Bi-weekly check-ins. Pro Plan: Weekly check-ins with live calls.
